These terms govern your use of the OoMuS website and any creative services provided by OoMuS ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
OoMuS provides AI-generated creative services including digital photography, video, brand campaigns, key visuals, social content, and world-building. All deliverables are produced using artificial intelligence tools under human creative direction.
Each project begins with a brief and is scoped individually. Timelines, deliverables, pricing, and revision rounds are agreed upon before work begins. Any changes to scope may affect timeline and cost, and will be communicated in advance.
Upon full payment, the client receives complete usage rights to all final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. OoMuS retains the right to use deliverables for portfolio, case studies, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Custom AI models commissioned as brand-exclusive remain exclusive to the commissioning client. OoMuS will not license or reuse exclusive models for other clients.
Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. Late payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed in the project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
The client is responsible for providing accurate briefs, brand assets, product references, and timely feedback. Delays in client response may affect project timelines.
All visuals produced by OoMuS are generated using artificial intelligence. While we direct every output to the highest editorial standard, AI-generated imagery may have inherent limitations. We work closely with clients to ensure all deliverables meet expectations before final delivery.
We treat all client briefs, brand materials, and project details as confidential. We will not share client information with third parties without prior written consent, except as necessary to deliver the agreed services.
OoMuS provides creative services on an as-agreed basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project in question.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of early termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
